  • 22nd Wildflower Seeds Workshop          (Sunday) 2- 4pm at the Great Embankment Park Pavilion - 631 Marsh Rd. Pittsford.                               This hands-on workshop, led by Sarah Sutton, will center on small scale seed harvesting and threshing. You will learn about different methods of stratification and direct sowing in the fall to increase habitat and diversity.  Sarah Sutton, a Pittsford resident, works for Jim Engel of White Oak Nersery, who specializes in native perennials, trees and shrubs. Sarah’s position is plant 

  • 26th Volunteer Clean up Day at Bird Harbor

10am-12pm at The Great Embankment Park Bird Harbor.  We are asking for volunteers to help clean up the bird harbor and get it ready for the winter!  Come with gardening gloves and any small tools you would like to bring! Hope to see you there!

CPG Book Club meetings are  drop-in, no pressure! This is a book (or articles) discussion group that focuses on Climate Solutions. Anyone is welcome, even if you haven’t read or finished the book.
